We the management are passing on this message to tell the facts about situation you need to know regarding our former director/agent.
Michael Has always been a good and honest agent in all his works for the company. He has helped the company in ways that we cannot thank him enough for. He helped us tackle all situations regarding payments to Nigerian members since 2014 as he was one of the few who showed zeal to work for the company and the online network. Michael was also able to book apointments on behalf of customers who came to visit us from Nigeria.
He was nothing but a good agent who had solid belief in the entire system.
Michael helped us with Nigerian banks that could facilitate the payments to Nigerian investors to avoid delay and to facilitate flexibility.
We also need to tell facts about our company in the United kingdom.
Since 2015, we have had hundreds of visitors from all over the world come to enquire about our services before investing or commiting themselves to the website service. 60% of these visitors come from Nigeria. And in most cases, Michael helped book appointments for Nigerians.
However, recently due to series of reports to security authorities, we had to move office since 2017.
Michael's name appears as the person with significant control with the company house because we used his name to file for the first confirmation statement of the company. We have contacted the company house about this and they have told us that this can only be changed when the company files a new confirmation statement.
Please note that all the allegations against Michael are false and unfair to him as we are trying our best to make things right.

Once again, Kindly accept our sincere apologies for the delay. As the Ceo, I understand and take the responsibility. Protection and safety of our users and their accounting records is our top priority. Like we announced previously, because our volume of business recently have sharply risen, the normal channels that we have been operating through in the past are currently slowing us down. 


This is a frustrating for everyone and as a result has caused an overload of payout request on all channels. Alternative business channels have now been opened to solve these delays; however, the overload on the backlog mean that it will take some time to return to normal withdrawal payment period. We are working around the clock to  normalize the withdrawal process. We hope that you can be patient with us while we solve this global issue.

Currently, all the withdrawals are delayed and are estimated to return to normal in coming weeks. In order to achieve this, we will be limiting new payout requests to once a month (25th of every month) for all users. This is so that we can return quickly to normal withdrawal velocities as we solve pending problems. When we solve these problems, we will restore the normal withdrawal window for all users.

We are also experiencing overload in support tickets sent to info@winthrillsnetwork.com due to these payment problems. We promise you that all tickets will be responded to.

Users who wish to cancel their pending withdrawals may still do so by contacting info@winthrillsnetwork.com and have the funds credited back to their accounts.

We will continue to post updates as we progress. We apologize for any inconvenience you are enduring. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
